Frequently asked questions

What can a Singapore teleconsult doctor treat online?

DigitalHealth.sg doctors commonly assess cough, sore throat, mild fever, stomach flu, headache, migraine, skin rashes, allergies, menstrual cramps, gout flares, selected medication refills, and stable chronic care questions. The doctor will redirect you to in-person care if video is not safe enough.

Can I get an MC from an online doctor consultation?

Yes, if the doctor assesses that you are medically unfit for work or school. Medical certificates are not guaranteed before assessment and must reflect the doctor's clinical judgement.

How much does DigitalHealth.sg teleconsult cost?

$15 covers the doctor consultation, review, and post-consult documentation. Medication and courier delivery are charged separately only when needed.

When should I avoid teleconsult and seek urgent care?

Seek urgent in-person care for chest pain, severe breathlessness, stroke symptoms, fainting, severe abdominal pain, major injury, heavy bleeding, confusion, or a child who appears very drowsy or dehydrated.

Need immediate help?

If you have questions about suitability, documentation requirements, or status updates, reach our team on WhatsApp or email. For emergencies, call 995 or head straight to the nearest A&E.
