How long do I have to wait to see a doctor?

Most patients connect with a doctor within 0-15 minutes. Actual wait time depends on the live queue; the care team can send a live estimate over WhatsApp.

Is a digital medical certificate recognised in Singapore?

Yes. DigiMCs issued after assessment by Singapore Medical Council-registered doctors are recognised for sick leave, subject to the usual employment eligibility and verification requirements.

Is teleconsult legal in Singapore?

Yes. Teleconsultations are regulated under the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA). Our doctors are registered with the Singapore Medical Council, and the clinic operates under MOH licence R/23M1175/MDS/001/232.

When is teleconsult not suitable?

Chest pain, severe breathlessness, stroke-like symptoms, heavy bleeding, severe abdominal pain, and other red flags need urgent in-person care. The doctor will redirect when remote assessment is unsafe.
