• Torchlight: Handy for showing areas such as throat or skin rashes.
• Glucometer: Diabetic patients should capture a recent blood glucose reading.

Before the call, double-check a few practical items:

• Privacy: Sit somewhere you can speak freely without being overheard.
• Identification: Keep your NRIC or official ID within reach for verification.
• Your location: Be prepared to confirm where you are in case urgent on-site help is required.
• Supporting files: Gather photos and recent reports. Share them securely via our WhatsApp line (on request) or email admin@digitalhealth.sg ahead of time if it helps your doctor review.

Most patients connect with a doctor within 0–15 minutes. Actual wait time depends on the queue ahead of you, and we keep you updated—just drop us a WhatsApp message if you need a live estimate.

Yes. Digital medical certificates issued after assessment by Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registered doctors are recognised for sick leave, subject to the usual employment eligibility and verification requirements.

You can speak to a Singapore-registered doctor over secure video from the comfort of home. Common acute issues (colds, gastroenteritis, allergies, headaches, rashes) and stable chronic conditions (hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, diabetes) can be managed remotely.

• Step 1: Register or sign in with Singpass / MyInfo.
• Step 2: Join the queue—a doctor will call usually within 0–10 minutes.
• Step 3: Pay via credit card or PayNow. Your receipt and digital MC (if any) arrive via email.

Consultation fees remain consistent across our opening hours (including weekends and public holidays), and you won’t be charged if you cancel before the session begins.

Yes. Doctor-led teleconsultations are regulated under the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA). Our Singapore-registered doctors operate under the Digital Health Clinic MOH licence (No. R/23M1175/MDS/001/232).

Every clinician you meet is fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council. You can verify any practitioner via the SMC practitioner search.

You may be able to join a teleconsultation from overseas if the doctor can assess you safely and the service terms allow it. Advice and documents are provided in the Singapore care context, and medication delivery is limited to Singapore addresses.

Teleconsultation works for patients of all ages, with a few considerations for safety and clarity:

• Minors under 16: We will require having a parent or guardian on the call.
• Children under 2: In-person consultations are preferred for a complete assessment.
• Seniors: A family member can help with video framing and communication; some cases may still require an in-person review.

Teleconsult Doctor handles many everyday medical concerns quickly and safely:

• Respiratory symptoms such as sore throat, cough, and fever.
• Headaches and migraines that need medical advice.
• Digestive issues including diarrhoea, vomiting, or constipation.
• Skin conditions like rashes, cold sores, or acne.
• Urinary tract infections and menstrual concerns.
• Gastric discomfort, musculoskeletal pain, and gout.
• Conjunctivitis without visual disturbances.

For emergencies—chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke symptoms, heavy bleeding, or prolonged high fever—head to the nearest clinic or emergency department immediately.

• Urgent or emergency conditions that require hands-on treatment.
• Situations where a physical examination is necessary to rule out serious concerns.
• Cases that need imaging or laboratory investigations before management decisions.

To keep waiting times short, teleconsults are assigned to the next available doctor. Our clinical leads oversee the roster to ensure every patient is seen by an appropriate practitioner. We’re exploring scheduling features that may allow preferred doctor requests in future.
